Venkie, Days like today give me a chance to sell naked calls on stocks such as DELL! So some good comes out of some bad! Also, I do not want the market to tank for if you will look on my profile I'm very much invested in stocks! My short positions make up less than 15% of my total holdings! I do make a very good return on most of my short sells (not all winners) and especially on my naked calls that I sell! I use the proceeds of my call writing to invest in my core holding which in some cases have been held for 15 years plus! I'm still short DELL and sold more naked calls on DELL today! Also short YHOO, EGRP, AOL, VIAS, DDIM, and ZITL! Also have naked calls sold on most of these short postions also! Will be looking to sell CTXS in the next few days! I'm really surprised at the premium on the DELL calls not going up as much as they did today, looks like most call buyers are not as bullish as they have been in the past! Just my thinking, but from a bull point of view, would like to know what you or any others out there think! Good Luck Trading and Investing, Hank McNabb
