Hi Chris, It doesn' make sense.
I'm the first to admit that the management team here has (obviously) been so poor that they've destroyed shareholder value (now a penny stock), but spend cash on an acquisition at a time when cash is burning and the company may not survive the long downturn??????????? Surely there isn't anybody that stupid. Is there? I would think:
1. the acquisition was tiny
2. They expect to survive through the down cycle or they wouldn't have done the deal.

If anyone is willing to buy this company and liquidate it for ~$2, they've got all my shares voting in their favor!
