Strikes me the other way - with canuck-listed resource plays whacked so hard by a double or triple whammy or whatever this is, i'd be more inclined to bid on them, in the purely theoretical case in which there were funds with which to do so Loonie off three per cent this morning, wow that's near twenty per cent in a month ... president of the Whatcom county chamber of commerce was on radio this morning, says times are real tough in Bellingham ... no doubt Today is the deadline for settlement of Lehman default risk swaps? ... wonder how that's going, inconceivable notional values, much of it nets out even but enough to bury the planet in hundred-dollar bills doesn't
