Look at the 1 year chart (at Yahoo), look at the handle on the chart.
You can see that when it falls to that level the stock get bought and moves up (that is, the buyers think it is cheap and will not let it fall below that support level).
Well, the number 36 is approx number I read off a coarse chart, and may not be accurate but is in the neighborhood.
