I suppose this is a much discussed topic among many servants of God.
Much can be said of this topic with many scriptures to back up.
It is always a good thing to discuss the word of God with brothers who allow room for other possible interpretations of the written word of God.
Also consider this, if God knew that satan would rebel heavily and even cause 1/3 of the angels to rebel with him, and would cause God to throw him out of heaven, why would He have created him?
Also consider:
Gen 6:6-7
6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
There are other scriptures also that cause a student of the word to consider all that is God..
