Obama probably told Biden that he would not react if the US is hit---that's why he stated "you won't like his decision." BO might instead arrange a face to face meeting with the terrorists. As if religious fanatics have any code of honor whatsoever. You know where that would inevitably lead - to another attack. Obambi would be run out of town after 4yrs of backing down and making excuses why radical Islam doesn't like the US. Democrats have always been soft on US enemies, which invites more attack without fail. Strength and knowing they'll receive instant justice is the only thing they respect.
