Neo. Is it normal? Do you have a record of sun-spot numbers as each cycle progresses? My scientifically deduced probabilistic analysis using stochastic regression theory with ameliorative oscillatory function comparative matrices shows it's a bit of a fizzer so far, as expected.

One swallow doesn't make a summer and two sunspots won't cause sunburn or global warming. So far, we are still heading for an ice age return.

One thing I have learned is that the sun rotates quite quickly. Despite decades of close observation of the sun I had never noticed that. Maybe I needed more powerful sun glasses to see the spots moving. Mostly I just squinted and avoided looking.

After a week of sun study, I'm thinking of doing a PhD in sunspot probabilistic theory.
