Phaedrus:

With all due respect, I beleive you have missed the point. In your mind, what differentiates a good CFO from a poor one??? Does proper cash planning and forecasting enter into the equation?? Keep in mind, the CFO has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders (you and me!!!). I do not believe that raising cash for working capital purposes when you have cash reserves in excess of $60 million (cash and short term investments) and anticipate significant growth from royalties which have little or no cost associated with them is prudent.

Are you famaliar with the current CFO's background. Does her prior experience at INTC qualify her for this job??? Is she in over her head??? Wall street will answer these questions for us.

For the record, I never ever stated that "idiot" was the proper adjective to describe the CEO. I would describe our CEO as "brilliant" and in need of a strong industry recognized and financially savvy CFO to lead us through downturns in the market and/or economy. Not a pile of cash earning money market rates of return.
