Greenspan, in so many words, tells congress that the Fed was blindsided by the credit crisis. "...the current global financial crisis is a "once in a century credit tsunami" that policymakers did not anticipate." biz.yahoo.com So, how could so many others have seen it coming? The answer, I believe, is in who the financial survivors will be. No doubt they will be bigger, stronger and more politically powerful. There are the ones who have built their houses to take advantage of what was entirely foreseeable. Greenspan is a liar!
