My daughter and several other families, who lost their homes in the Tahoe fire and couldn't get the insurance companies to come up with a fair settlement, found an attorney in Santa Monica who specializes in class action suits - specifically against insurance companies who are ripping off people. He brought suit and at least they're going to get more than what was offered. This is in addition to what they settle on originally.
