From looking at the website, they seemed to have piggybacked off Dia Met by staking claims surrounding Dia Met properties in Scandinavia. No mention if the Private Placement was successful via Union Securities. Ostensibly, Union is the market maker in the stock. They seem to have some legitimate staff members on the Geo side of matters. I'll watch it and if it gets down to what I said it was heading, i'll scoop some up. Kinda worried about the total float: 27000000 shares and counting!!!!!!!!!! They seem to be acquiring properties by issuing stock. That's a danger sign that they are running out of cash.
