GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR October 23, 2008 Gulf Production posted over 8.8 Bcf/d in ID2 nominations but is back down to 8.7 Bcf/d in evening flows for today. Offshore flows are up to 5.5 Bcf/d with some additional flows now coming from the Blue Water Header System. Total supply appears to be lower this morning mainly because restrictions at several stations along Tenn Pipeline in Texas. Those restrictions have been lifted for ID1 so flows might be revised up in ID2 noms tomorrow. UTOS receipts will also be accepted beginning tomorrow which could add 66 MMcf/d. Total deferred offshore production since 8/29 now stands at 291 Bcf.
