Craig, tough call on how this agreement between Syntel and Unisys Outsourcing affects DDIM if at all. DDIM has specific agreements with parts of Unisys i.e. Unisys Federal. I have never seen Unisys Outsourcing mentioned in any discussions with DDIM. More importantly, though, is that Unisys has numerour agreements with other Y2K providers and now Syntel joins this list. Syntel is in applications management and we all know that DDIM is providing a "methodology" that requires the use of many other Y2K providers tools in completing the remediation process. I suggest that Syntel is another of those tool providers that complement rather than compete.
