shane: I also listened to the conference call. Your summary is first rate. I got a good feeling from the tone of the call. Yocam was solid but not "exhuberant"; he was optomistic, but cautious. I got the distinct impression that he wanted a solid, measured growth pat- tern, not a roller-coaster ride. He inspired quiet confidence which felt right for his stated objectives.....a good turnaround in 6-8 quarters. I'm staying around for awhile. Luck to all, Jack Gibson ps: Leo, give it up. The 3% should have been 4%. The actual percentage was .388......easily rounded off to 4. You know damned well that you ARE NOT short on BORL. But you are still the best devil"s advocate on this or any other thread......especially because your are so damned likeable. You probably are a really good scout leader. Jack
