ACORN has been helpfully flagging the suspect applications in order to assist the Election Boards with that job. But since those Election Boards are probably part of the conspiracy, I'm sure it could happen. ;-) And of course, faking all the polls that show Obama with a big lead implicates a whole other group of people. By the time all is said and done, a dozen or two non-eligible voters may well end up voting, nationwide. - Allen
