7. 52% US and 48% international (I think these are the right numbers - close enough!) - Dale said this was good considering Europe vacations (this European part sounded a bit flaky to me!)

This is believable. Most of Europe takes a month off (I believe it is August) and travels to another part of Europe to vacation. Very little work or business gets done during this time period, it is almost as if the whole continent shuts down. Very "out of the ordinary" from the American perspective.
