Less, from that post you must understand the satire within my question. Brumar, longnshort, et. al., have been describing Palin as "effective." My question relative to Palin not being "effective" 'cause she couldn't fire the state trooper was designed to make folks think what exactly is "effective."

The above was the same as my subsequent question: Do "GOPwingers" favor Robin Hood or the Sherriff of Nottingham (think taxes and wealth distribution)?

As for the term "GOPwingers" the Grand Old Party of Lincoln got taken over by rightwing neocons. The use of the expression "GOPwinger" is actually a kind way of describing the bunch who both stole and helped to ruin America.

But America is strong and will recover from the Bush-Cheney GOPwinger debacle. I firmly believe this!
