I did DD on this many months ago, when I played PLSIA long, short , long and short on a hype.
Didn't impress me then except their European licensing deals.

But now I hear some positive things coming down and I will take a small position of 5000.

I also understand that there was a guy dumping 2 1/2 million shares and he is almost cleared out.

I am also told that as ticker hits 4 1/4 it will start to consolidate.
