There is an issue that Obama may not be eligible to stand for president on the basis of where he was born. Thus some people have been searching for a birth certificate that, as yet, no one has been able to find. The writer of the article presents evidence that Obama's father is not Obama but Frank Marshall Davis, a well-known civil rights agitator.

So, even though it would seem that Obama is the illegitimate son of his biological parents, he is undoubtedly eligible to stand as president as he was most probably born in Chicago and not in Hawaii or Kenya.
