IF OBAMA WINS AND IF THERE IS RIOTING THE RIOTERS WILL BE HOOLIGANS. hooligan (plural hooligans) 1. (informal, pejorative) A person that causes trouble or violence. en.wiktionary.org; I think it is more likely that the same hooligans will riot in the event of a McCain win, which I'm afraid is less likely than an Obama win.
