Looks like you are the one 'poo-pooing' America's system of Justice, not me.... Still it's better then most any place else in the world that you might care to point to. And, last I checked, O.J. was in the slammer and looking like he might spend the rest of his life there. :-) (No system is perfect, but America usually comes around to doing the right thing... just as I'm sure our system of Justice will do with this low-rent Berg civil suit.)
