[ big sto, biotech ] good companies today...... GENZL, NPSP and VRTX. SHMN is less my type of company, but I haven't looked at them in a long time; things may have changed. VRTX is looking less attractive, as competitors are running away with market share for HIV protease inhibitors, and the VRTX drug doesn't look as pristine as it once did. Best science you can buy, however. There are good GENZL freaks at SI. NPSP (metals chemistry) has a collaborative project with Amgen, as well as other stuff. Maybe check NPSP first? Thus far.........
