<money goes to the Doctors for Admin overhead>-The money doesn't go to the "doctors"; it goes to the hospital administrators. Out of hundreds of doctors on a hospital staff maybe a dozen might have some sort of a sweetheart deal. The vast majority of the doctors on a hospital staff won't ever see a dime.
