OK, the controversial and repugnant statement of Ayers and Wright. But he would be wise not to mention either one by name if/when he embarks on the next campaign, which is to reunite the country as much as possible behind a new style of politics that doesn't include smears by association. IOW, the theme will be let's put the past in the past and focus on achieving results for the American people. If I were one of Obama's advisers, I would push to make that the new administration's unofficial theme, results for all Americans.
