Whatever the case, I'm sure you agree that things have got to change; that Bush went down many bad roads; and that McCain is unlikely to change anything for the better (in fact, picking Palin has many austere Republicans jumping ship and getting on Obama's boat). At this point, I think it's best to give--and I haven't heard this one yet--lol!--Obama the mandate and let's hope some effective change for the betterment of all can occur. It sure looks like the Senate will become filibuster-proof and the Dems could easily increase the House by 20-30 seats. All aboard!!!
