Conservatives might have come around after the Republican Convention, but that's neither here nor there.

I think he would have fought this bailout and come up with a better tax plan that McCain did.

Mitts smart enough to deflect things away from wall street and right back in the dems laps where the focus belongs. The thing that drives me nuts is when Pelosi broadsides the GOP like she and her party are paragons of virtue in this economic collapse. I don't think Mitt would have stood for that crap. I know, some Republicans had a hand in this but the driving force was Democrat to the core.

I admit, Mitts would have problems but they might not be insurmountable. In the end though, unfortunately we'll never know.

I almost forgot, how's the folliage? Seen many fleeing leaf peepers round about?
