Jersey Goldfields Corp JRGShares issued 184506441997-10-20 close $0.25Tuesday Oct 21 1997Also High Plains Energy Inc (HYE) Mr James Yates reports Goldfields Corporation has entered into an oil and gas development agreement with High Plains Energy, subject to formal documentation and regulatory approval. Jersey will finance offset production wells at East Acheson, Bonnie Glen and Willesdon Green, Alberta. Jersey's working interests will vary from 60% to 100%. Jersey will pay 100% of the cost for the available working interest to earn 85% of revenue before payback and 60% after payback. Jersey will have the right to participate in a minimum of 20 development wells. Independent engineering reports, along with drilling and operations agreements are being completed and drilling is planned to commence at East Acheson on or about November 30 1997.
