Just because you think the way you think doesn't mean it is the way it is; conversely, just 'cause I think the way I think doesn't mean it's the way it is.

By the way, I don't think Democrats manipulate the "uninformed" voters. Were this true, I don't think there'd be as many teachers, professors, doctoral students and the like supporting the Democrats.

Frankly, with respect to the Republican side, I think religion gets in the way of politics thus causing an uninformed Republican political viewpoint due to the difficulties of getting past the religious hurdle.

I think Democrats have long been the party of the working man--informed, or not--intellectuals--informed, or not--and people from a variety of ethnic backgrounds--informed, or not--who know the meaning of struggle.
