The entire POINT is that Buffett's secretary pays a substantial FICA TAX!!!, that is not counted today "as a tax".

Federal income tax is the scam that right wingers use to imply that the lower wage workers don't pay as much as upper, conveniently leaving off FICA which is 13K PER PERSON or over 10% for an avg worker right there. FICA is a gross, REGRESSIVE TAX.
