There certainly is no lack of new development in the area. Hopefully, time is a barrier to entry since from discovery to product seems to be over 10 years. And I would imagine, that if the Apollon 'facilitated DNA' ever makes it to trials and if it is a derivative of the Vical Naked DNA that Vical would be around to collect.
