It's one thing to be here; a resident within the system. Imagine if you were french or Asian and investing in this free and open market. I would think you would pull your money and go home. Any idea on when the management of the market started in earnest? Why? If this downturn is managed to the extent it seems, can you imagine the panic that is gong on? The losses by the entity that is managing this from those who can pull their assets completely out of the system. I don't think these markets will ever be free again.
