Yeah, as close as I've ever been able to tell, a tenth of a penny is usually a pretty big move in currencies on any normal day.

The radical moves across virtually every market in anything that can be traded is basically saying no one has any idea what things should be worth. I think most folks have figured out things are bad, but there's no consensus on how bad is "bad" or how long things will stay that way.

I find it interesting the talking heads are still calling treasuries the ultimate safe haven. I can't think of many things I'd be more reluctant to hold over night these days than US Government debt. IMO, it'd be about like buying a cup of dehydrated water.
