Since you did not understand the implications of what I stated, let me spell it out.

In every market segment where government runs the show what develops is a black market for that segment's products. Black markets bring the worst outcomes for "fairness", equality, or other criteria where concern for fellow human beings demands better. Black markets polarize into "haves" and "have-nots", the very antithesis of what you think socialism pretends to provide. When black market arise, and governments have never been able to stop them, especially not in strong totalitarian command ones like Soviet Union, the low end is shut out and suffers the most even while government tries to shuttle medical care to them. Most of the government money winds up in the black market.
