Good luck to all..it's only going to get much worse before getting any better. The only good thing is that home prices are continuing to fall here in Miami, Dade and Palm Beach counties (for potential buyers that is) Miami was ground zero......they were building 50K units per year when Miami's absorption rate was closer to 10k. People in the Miami metro area will not see housing prices rebound until much later than the rest of the nation. Meanwhile they keep building here and selling out.......I don't get it. Loans are supposed to be hard to get.
