Exactly, expansion for the sake of expansion will kill this company.
They need to pick their markets very carefully. I remember when they opened a Rock Bottom in MPLS a couple years ago - I had to wait an hour and a half to just get in to the place (not to get a table, just to get in) and the place had been open for several months. The hype backs off after a while but damn they got a good product.
