PROPERTY DEAL ANNOUNCED! Cardero agrees to sell it's Pampa de Pongo iron asset for a low-ball offer that includes an exit fee. Here is an invitation to a bidding war, IMO. The offer equates to nearly US$3.00 per share, when the property should be worth somewhere around 5 times that. In any case, 200 million will allow the company to advance all their other projects with no further dilution. How enviable at this time for an explorer to have such cash in these times.
