JKIRK, see Player's post # 170024(IHUB). Total PPs over a 12 mo period is limited to 1/3 of highest Market Cap over the past 30 days from the placement date. I think our highest close was 10/14 @ $.56 w/ outstanding shrs around 57.2mm. That's a M.C. of $32mm. 1/3 would be $10.677mm. In the past 12 mos. Wave has raised $8,589,000. So, assuming these figures are correct, there is room for a little more than $2mm.
