OT: Totally agree. As I said in one of my posts that I never track my car. My car is ridiculous. No. Totally ridiculous. A result of an early and temporary mid-life crisis. It was better than putting the money in to stocks and watching them collapse. My crisis is over, but the car is still in my driveway. I love it, but it's not me. I'm reluctant to try to bother to sell it right now.

I have always wanted to try and launch my car, but I do not want to pay for a new clutch. The tiptronics are where it's at for 0-60. However, the rolling 20-80 is still a lot of fun! With respect to handing, I have had a friend comment that her Corvette could not do what my 911 could do in the hills.

Then again, you could just be a jealous BMW guy <g>. If I were to do it again, I would get an older M3 or Subaru and beat the heck out of it at the track.
