Four persons in the Curis (CRIS) management group has taken options (@ today's closing price of 0.79) as compensation for a salary cut. The company is not (yet) running out of funds, though. Options were issued for consideration of a salary reduction effective October 27, 2008. The options will vest at 8.33% each month, begining on November 24, 2008 with final vesting on October 24, 2009. They don't mention the size of the cut. The company reports on Q3 tomorrow. Erik
