228.3!! Down one and one half pounds from last week. And finally off my two week "plateau" around 330. The secret was taking the calories out of my smoothies. I make them now out of skim milk, frozen strawberries or blueberries, a banana, water, splenda and ice if needed. Got rid of the yogurt and protein powder.

These smoothies every day make my diet palatable. I make them so thick a spoon will stand up in them. Two a day.

My BP is down to 110/54. Heading for a "New Guinea cannibal" number. :>) Puts my BMI down to 28.9. I finally broke the "29" level!
