Impossible but it is happening. That is what happens when you listen to the educated geniuses of the planned economy. I can't find the link but there was an interesting article I read which pointed out how nobel prize winners were involved in wetting up the mathematical formulas which were supposed to make the system fool proof. By the way the geniuses couldn't forsee it, but many on this thread did. Hmmmm maybe those smart people aren't so smart after all. :)
