ALL: This company is far from dead, mark my words. Bear Stearns will find a viable solution that will pull this dog out of the ditch. Remember, BS is in bed with Firstplus Financial, BS being the lead underwriter. FPFG covets CTYS New York market of which FPFG has NOT yet entered due to licensing. UK market is still a very lucrative market. This company, although very much maligned and poorly managed as far as guidance is concerned, is a moneymaker. If you think this type of lending is crazy or even dead, think again. Whatever happens, CTYS is NOT going out of business, bankrupt, or any possible arcane combination of the two. If this company can be accused of anything, it is poorly managing and interpretating just how explosive their niche is.
