Thank you for your reply. Your feedback on AT&T seems on the money, however, AT&T has a new guy at the helm, who seems hell bent on becoming much more agressive. I agree ASND may not be an AT&T target (moreso Lucent), however, in todays market who really knows. My instinct (which is 50-50 right/wrong) tells me that some major consolidation is going to happen in the networking market and WCOM, ASND, Cisco, etc., may consolidate while the FCC has there hands full dealing with bigger issues.
We saw something like this with the major P.C. makers in the late 80's early 90's with IBM, Comaq, Dell, and DEC coming to the forefront.
Your guess is as good as mine.
