I don't think you have this right. PRTI was/is partially owned by RMCW (I don't yet know the ownership %, but once it was described as "majority"). PRTI sold some assets to MVPH (oil and gas stuff) which is what the $14 million (4 million shares) is all about. With the merger of OVIS and RMCW, the resulting company (RMIL) is claiming ownership of the $14 million. This is appropriate (according to GAAP)if, and only if, RMIL is in a control position of PRTI (usually this means that have over 50% of the shares of PRTI).

Two questions arise......do they have the control position and (as mentioned in another post) is the $14 million really worth $14 million?
