Al, given Obama's record, I would be very surprised if Obama actually lives up to his reputation as a bipartisan negotiator. More likely is that "bipartisanship" will mean "my 'bipartisan' way or the highway." The justification from congressional Democrats will be, "YOU supported Bush for eight years, so shut up and do what I tell you to!" And Obama will have no choice but to go along. Tenchusatsu
