Hmm, 3 quarters to turn around to profit, otherwise it's curtains?

Spansion does need to make profit (meaning, earn more than the depreciation) in order to survive. I have no idea where Mike gets the 3 quarters. If Spansion is cashflow neutral or positive, it can operate indefinitely.
