We don't have a law that bans abortion..... Duhhh, the SCOTUS said you could, but only for health reason's including mental. So almost all states ban abortion except for health reasons. The issue is the mental health where most judges allow simple pain and suffering to be allowed as sufficient cause to allow abortion. Where the hell have you been for 35 years?
