captainfreedom, P.S. the only clear statement about cash flow is the one we have from Standard & Poor that says they are cash flow negitive Spansion needs to deliver on the cash flow positive projection for Q4. The weird thing is that all of the cashflow issues are because of SP1, which is now turning out to be a lot more daring (risky) move than it looked one to two years back... Joe
