Well, it doesn't happen very often. Last time the "Appreciation Potential" in Value Line showed over 100% potential gain in the future 3-5 year period was back in late '02. They were right then and let's hope they're right again. By having greater than a 100% potential gain, it makes the ValuWave graph indicate a "negative" cash reserve - or an indication that "margin" buying could be done. I'm not much of a fan of debt, but sometimes it can be used wisely. Maybe this is one of those times. Best regards, Tom
