In the near term, I dont see anyway to make money in CTL.
With low oil prices and tight credit I don't see any CTL projects getting started. We may have to wait for the next oil 'super-spike' before there is interest again in this sector. In more normal times I would say SSL, EMN, SYMX, FWLT would all be good ways to play CTL. But unless you're willing to tie up your money for a long, long, long time waiting for the next 'energy-crisis', I would just stay away.
